Are you excited to celebrate Thanksgiving but honestly not so excited about the planning, cooking, and clean-up? Look no further! Here are three amazing restaurants and cafes near The Cryder House that are serving up Thanksgiving feasts this year.

Vivo!  

Located less than a five minute drive from The Cryder House, Vivo is all set to serve another Thanksgiving Day feast at $75 per adult and $25 per child 10 and under. Featuring three courses, the feast starts with an artisan bread display, followed by your choice of roasted butternut squash, lobster bisque, or salads like mista verde, pear salad and Brussels sprouts & goat cheese salad.

For entrees, there are many options, including a carved roasted turkey with cranberry relish, a carved apple-stuffed pork loin, braised short ribs, or crispy-skin salmon. There’s also eggplant parmesan, rigatoni bolognese, and baked pumpkin ziti alongside traditional stuffing, sweet potato casserole, “the best mashed potatoes,” and fall roasted vegetables.

The Queensboro

Located at 80-02 Northern Boulevard in Jackson Heights, The Queensboro is known for hosting one of the best Thanksgiving feasts in town. At $68 per person and $25 for kids, there’s lots of traditional and non-traditional Thanksgiving dishes to choose from.

 

For starters there’s Mushrooms a la grecque and a Thanksgiving salad made with pears, walnut, blue cheese, pomegranates, mixed greens and mustard vinaigrette. There are also a lot of extras that are not so Thanksgiving but still bound to make for a happy belly, including pigs in a blanket, shrimp cocktail, chips and dip, stuffed artichoke, spicy squash wedges, and garlic clam bread.

Victory Garden Café

How about Thanksgiving Greek style?

Victory Garden Café located at 21 69 Steinway Street in Astoria and offers a European-style setting featuring a beautiful view of the outdoor gardens. As for the menu, there are three options for the main course, Greek Style Turkey with Stuffing, Paidakia Baby Lamb Chops, or Shrimp Scampi. Each entrée comes with a Greek Salad, naturally and thankfully.

The Rockaway Hotel – Check

Offering a $55 Thanksgiving feast with a view of Jamaica Bay, The Rockaway Hotel, located at 108-10 Rockaway Beach Drive in Queens, is one of far more reasonably priced than many of the other Thanksgiving options in the city.
